Getting Here

Directions

From Delaware, Maryland, Delaware County, Chester and I-476 (Blue Route): Take I-95 North to the Broad Street/Sports Complex exit. The Wells Fargo Center will be on your right.

From Harrisburg, Lebanon, Reading, Pottstown: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike east to 76 East (Exit 6). Take 76 East towards the sports complex. Take the Broad Street exit. Turn right onto Broad Street, heading southbound. After you cross Pattison Avenue, the Wells Fargo Center will be on your left.

From Northeast Philadelphia, Levittown and North: Take I-95 South to the Broad Street exit. The Wells Fargo Center will be on your right.

From South Jersey: Take the Walt Whitman Bridge to the Broad Street exit. Turn left onto Broad Street, heading southbound. After you cross Pattison Avenue, the Wells Fargo Center will be on your left.

Parking

The Wells Fargo Center features eight parking lots that are brightly lit and patrolled by security personnel throughout the extent of the events.

Public Transportation

From Center City and North Philadelphia: Take the Broad Street Subway Line (orange) southbound to AT&T Station (Pattison Avenue).

From South Philadelphia: Take the Broad Street Subway Line (orange) southbound to AT&T Station (Pattison Avenue) or take the Route C bus (Center City/South Philadelphia) southbound to Broad Street.

Via SEPTA Regional Rail: Take the Regional Rail train to Suburban Station (16th Street & JFK Boulevard). Walk through the building to the City Hall Station and take the Broad Street Subway Line (orange) southbound to AT&T Station (Pattison Avenue).

Box Office / Will Call

Box Office

All events at the Wells Fargo Center can be purchased in person at the Wells Fargo Center box office located on the Broad Street side of the building. Patrons may park in C-Lot while purchasing tickets.

The types of payment accepted are: Cash US (preferred for concerts), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card purchases require two forms of ID. Personal checks are not accepted.

Will Call

Will Call at the Wells Fargo Center is located at the box office on the Broad Street side of the building.

General Rules

Video and audio recording equipment, along with outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted.

Smoking is permitted in P.J. Whelihan's Back Room and Philadelphia Park Sports Bar. Patrons who wish to smoke outside may exit the building by Section 104-105 and Section 116-117. Those who do so must receive a re-entry pass from an usher.

Children under two do not require a ticket for most events but will be required to sit on the lap of a paying customer.
