Grandstand parking areas are available for daytime parking from 6am-6pm. There is no charge for daytime parking on Pocono Raceway property.

Box Office / Will Call

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Ticket holders are totally and completely responsible for lost or stolen tickets, No ticket is processed without payment in full and if the Sunday grandstand or club ticket you order is not available, Pocono will issue next best available ticket.

Sanctioning bodies (NASCAR, ARCA, INDYCAR and Pocono Raceway) determine racing schedules. In the event of a delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Will Call

Will Call is for pickup of all pre-paid tickets not received or shipped prior to race day. On Friday and Saturday, Will Call is available at the Pocono Raceway main office (8am-5pm) and the Ticket Booth at Gate #8 (8am-4pm). On Sunday Will Call is only located at the ticket booth at Gate #8.

The account holder will be required to show a photo ID in order to pick-up their tickets. If the account holder is unable to pick them up, they will need to submit a permission letter giving someone else the authority to pick up their tickets. That person must show their photo ID and a photocopy of the account holder’s photo ID to pick up the tickets and sign for their tickets. A signature will be required to pick up all Will Call tickets.

General Rules

The start time of the Pocono 400 and Pennsylvania 400 races is 1pm, but is subject to change due to NASCAR. The schedule for the Pocono INDYCAR 400 will be determined by INDYCAR, and will be subject to change.

All Grandstand Gates open at 8am on Friday (to be determined for Pocono INDYCAR 400), Saturday and Sunday (subject to change without notice). All items, vehicles and persons are subject to inspection before admission is granted. Items may not be left in or around a gate area. Pocono Raceway is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Pocono Raceway reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any person whose conduct is deemed, by raceway officials, as disorderly and/or violates the policies and procedures. Any such refusal or ejection may be without the refund of any portion of ticket purchase price.

All guests, regardless of age, must have valid admission ticket for entry into Pocono Raceway.
