Laugh Factory Long Beach doesn't have a day time box office. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges and tickets are non-transferable.

General Rules

The Laugh Factory Long Beach is generally 18 and over unless otherwise specified. You must be 21 and over to purchase alcohol (with a valid I.D.) or use any promotional tickets. There is a 2 drink minimum inside, but the drinks do not have to be alcoholic.

It is recommended that patrons arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the show. In case of a sold-out show it is recommended to arive at least an hour prior to the show time. General admission is based on first come first serve (may be standing room only).

The dress code is casual; however, Laugh Factory Long Beach does not allow hats, shorts or open toed shoes for men. Still photography is allowed, but flash or video cameras are not.
